Repair cost containment, proven on live claims
How Axxion brings a motor repair's cost down through two negotiation stages — measured on claims managed for a UAE insurer, shown by vehicle group in percentages.
What the live pilot is showing
Motor claims managed by Axxion on behalf of a leading UAE motor insurer, anonymized by vehicle group. Every repair is followed through two negotiation stages — and a saving holds at each one.
The in-network negotiation. The first reduced quote from the workshop sets the baseline. Axxion reviews that estimate and negotiates the scope down to an approved cost at the insurer's own in-network workshop.
The curated network. The same repair is then priced against Axxion's curated network, taking a further saving on top of the negotiated in-network cost.
Authority stays with the insurer: it assesses every claim, approves the repair, and settles. Axxion reviews the estimate, negotiates scope, recommends the workshop, and manages the repair through to handover.
The saving holds across every vehicle type

How to read this. Share of repairs is each group's portion of the priced repairs in the pilot. Reduction vs workshop is the saving the insurer approved after Axxion's estimate review and negotiation, against the original workshop estimate. Further reduction prices the same repair against Axxion's curated-network tariffs. Total reduction is the combined saving, end to end. All reductions are aggregate group figures, not claim averages. Final assessment, approval, and settlement authority rest with the insurer. Live performance through Q2 2026; insurer name withheld per partner request.
Prove it on the book, then price against the forecast
The pilot proves the saving on real claims. The spare-parts predictor turns the 2026 parts shock into a number underwriting can price. Both run on Axxion's UAE motor claims data.
